The Hidden Heartbeat

 
    THE HIDDEN HEARTBEAT   Our Father is good and He loves much.  He defines Himself by this term:  He is Love.  And as One Who loves so much, He is always hopeful.   As such, several weeks ago in prayer, I saw His hidden heartbeat beneath the American fabric.  I saw a heart of lightbeating there and I believe this ‘peek’ was to show something He was seeing… for only He knows what is in the hearts of people.   We had an election yesterday and this election spoke volumes.  Although all the commentators are saying this was about the economy, I believe His revealing His hidden heart prophetically, before the election, was showing there was more.   There is still a people in this nation who remember Him and those righteous seeds deposited through Great Awakenings and real revivals still live.  And as a result, when a presidency seeks to tear the righteous fabric completely asunder, a hidden heart begins to lead.   In Maine and in 31 states where a vote was cast for homosexual marriage, all 31 states have said, ‘no’.  The seed remains and His hidden heart still beats…   …In New Jersey and in Virginia, a turning back of the ‘progressive party’ by unprecedented margins… the ‘progressive party’ which is code for rejection of righteousness and ‘throwing off Their bonds’.   In the U.S. House of Representatives and in the Senate, a standing by Israel and rejection of the Goldstone Report…   The Hidden Heartbeat is beginning to beat out new hope and a possibility of the insanity being pushed back one more time… like Samson… one more time…   Perhaps this is why the threats will come… perhaps this is why the missiles may fly…   But better to die on the battlefield as a Yonathan than in misery as a Judas…   I heard commentators this morning puzzled at the rising stock market saying, ‘Main street is disagreeing with Wall Street’.    But it is hope arising…   Hope that there is a still a ‘silent majority’, albeit not as vibrant or as large… but still able to act out of a Hidden Heart of righteous seeds sown long ago…   Let us pray into this and may the heart grow brighter and beat stronger…   … And then pray with renewed vigor against any and all foes who would come to bring a premature end.   … let our tears of intercession fall like rain upon righteous seed.   Weeks ago, (and forgive a possible insensitivity or your response that this does not sound very ‘nice’), all I had coming forth regarding these elections and the coming 2010 elections was ‘throw the bums out’.    Direction… precise… succinct…   His Hidden Heartbeat may be pulsating through the baby boomers who have a debt to pay… a debt of 60’s debauchery… 70’s blatant immorality… 80’s greed and self absorption…   But whose parents were ‘the greatest generation’…   And perhaps now those seeds are sprouting…   … perhaps now some wisdom from His Hidden heart of righteousness is emerging as we are growing ‘older’…   May it be that Samson is arising…   That he feels the hair growing on the back of his neck as a reminder of the covenant even in the midst of ridicule and pain…   …Enough is enough… throw the bums out…   May He allow the hidden America to continue to shake off the bonds of ‘progressives’, and feel the ancient Hidden Heartbeat of our righteous roots...   Let us not let this ‘seed’ be stolen by conspiracy theories and political pundits…   Remember in ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ when those in the village asked their fellow, ‘Avram, doesn’t your paper ever have any good news?’…   Well, today it does!   Let us at the very least, have one day of rejoicing, and feel the wind of His Spirit in our sails once again…   Unfurl the top sails…   http://www.forward.com/articles/118249/   http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1125593.html   http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/8341737.stm   http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/11/03/gop-gains-hurt-obama-capital-agenda/   http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2009/11/04/2118659.aspx   http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33609492/ns/politics-more_politics/   In His shalom and ever beating heart of true hope, Constance       “And she said, ‘The Philistines are upon you, Shimshon!’ And he awoke from his sleep, and said, ‘Let me go out as before, at other times, and shake myself loose!’  But he did not know that יהוה had turned aside from him.   So the Philistines took him and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Azzah (Gaza), and bound him with bronze shackles. And about three thousand men and women were on the roof who watched Shimshon entertaining.   And Shimshon called to יהוה, saying,   ‘O Master יהוה, remember me, I pray!  Strengthen me, I pray, only this time, O Elohim, and let me avenge myself on the Philistines with vengeance for my two eyes!’   And Shimshon took hold of the two middle columns which supported the house, and he braced himself against them, one on his right and the other on his left.   And Shimshon said, ‘Let me die with the Philistines!’ And he bowed himself mightily, and the house fell on the princes and all the people in it.
